Which logs are supported?

Apple iPhone Panic Full logs (the panic-full-*.ips files found under Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → Analytics Data). Uploads accept .txt, .log, .panic, and .gz files — the parser handles hundreds of Apple panic format variants.

Is this a bypass or unlock tool?

No. FixNook Panic Analyzer is strictly a diagnostic assistance tool. It does not bypass activation lock, remove passcodes, unlock devices, or modify any Apple security mechanism — and it never will. It reads crash logs you already have access to and helps you find the faulty hardware.

What happens to my uploaded logs?

Logs are stored encrypted and may contain device identifiers such as serial numbers — treat them as customer data. Files are virus-scanned on upload, kept in your private history, and any feedback used to improve suggestions is anonymized first. Deleting your account deletes your data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do analyses and credits work?

Each uploaded log you analyze consumes one analysis from your monthly plan allowance — 10 per month on Free, 300 on Starter, unlimited on Professional. If an analysis fails on our side, the analysis is automatically refunded.

How accurate is the diagnosis?

Every result ships with a confidence score and the exact log evidence behind it, and deterministic rules run before any AI reasoning. That said, it is guidance for qualified technicians — always confirm with the recommended physical tests before replacing parts.

Can I use it from my own software?

Yes. The platform is API-first: generate secure API keys in the dashboard and integrate uploads, analyses, and reports into your own tools. Full OpenAPI documentation is published with the API.
